Ties at wast and has adjustable neck strap.
Measurements are approx. 26"x34"
Embroidered area approx. 5"x5" in navy,cream and taupe.

All linens have been washed and pressed.
Our home is cat free but we do have dogs.
They are not allowed to loiter on the linens. ;)
