Almost there...

I finally found the time to work on this little television cabinet.  I'm very happy with the way it's turning out.  Now all I need to do is find the perfect hardware for it.   I'm also thinking of stenciling something on the inside panels of the two doors.  But that would give away what I'm going to use it for, so no hints!

I used Annie Sloan Old White, AS Country Grey and AS Duck Egg Blue, then waxed with a mixture of  clear and dark...about 3 parts clear to1 part dark.  Basically until the wax looked like milk chocolate pudding.  Yes, I know I compare all things to chocolate.  ;  )

I let it dry overnight and then buffed it out satin smooth this morning.

The interior is Duck Egg Blue and will not be housing a television.
I'll post the end result when I have found and added the hardware.
Hoping to be out adventuring this weekend with Magoo.
I know I'll find something!

The before shot...great find for leetle dinero.

Stay tuned for the reveal!  I think you'll love it.  :  )
